Loading – Day 2

Woke up a bit late today due to being out last night at a wedding so my eating started quite late.

Completely missed breakfast unfortunately so had to play catch up and grabbed something on the way to getting Marley from my mums


  • Two cookies
  • Starbucks Caramel Machiato

14:30 Late lunch

  • Frying steak in gravy
  • Basmatti rice
  • Cabbage and spring onion
  • Carrots
  • Stuffing


  • Vanilla ice cream

19:30 Dinner

  • MacDonald’s BBQ Steakhouse meal Large
  • Laura’s BBQ Steakhouse burger (because she saw the sauce on the burger which looks like tomato but wasn’t but because it did she couldn’t eat it)


  • Crispie Creme Reece’s peanut butter and jam donut

23:30 Snack

  • Handful of mixed nuts
  • 2 olives

I literally could physically eat anymore and I am actually looking forward to eating less tomorrow. For the past two days I’ve just felt bloated and sluggish so looking forward to having some energy.

It’s back to the gym and hopefully the start of a successful diet.
