Diet Phase – Day 5

Today’s been a good day and was the first time I’ve been out socially whilst on this diet!

Didn’t feel hungry at all this morning which was a first.

Think I’m starting to get a hang of it now. It is getting easier as the habits set in and my body seems to be reacting well to it.

After work I met up with my friend Anna who I haven’t seen in ages and we went for food.

As I mentioned this was the first time socially I’ve been out whilst on this diet so I was interested to see how I’d be around all the foods I would normally stuff my face with.

Luckily for me, we settled on Nando’s so it wasn’t too difficult to eat clean and stick with the diet.

Therefore your boy managed to stay strong and finish the day eating fresh and so clean clean..(for all the Outkast fans reading..if any)

Here’s how it went down today…

7:15am – Supplements
– hCG drops

08:30 – Breakfast and Supplements
– 1st half of tablets
– Black coffee

Yesterday I had an apple on an empty stomach before I left the house which made me feel a bit sick so I’m leaving fruit out from now on at breakfast

10:30 – Snack
– Few strawberries

12:00 – Supplements
– hCG drops

12:30 – Lunch
– Chicken salad box (hot and spicey diced chicken breast, red onion, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sauerkraut and some green fresh made chilli sauce that will put hairs on anyone’s chest)

14:00 – Snack
– 3 strawberries

17:00 – Supplements
– hCG drops

I didn’t have any water on me at this point so couldn’t take my tablets.

18:00 – Dinner (Nando’s and that…)
– Butterfly chicken breast (medium spicy as I heard the medium sauce doesn’t contain sugar)
– Grilled veg
– Glass of water

The most boring selection at Nando’s I’ve ever eaten but it was nice and I didn’t feel too hungry afterwards.

Also I felt good about myself for the fact that I held it down and didn’t smash a humus and pitta starter, half chicken, chips and spicy rice with coleslaw as per usual.

20:00 – Supplements and snack
– 5 of 6 spoons full of 0% fat natural Yeo Valley yogurt
– 2nd half of my tablets

And that was that…another successful day of clean eating under the belt and one step closer to completing the diet

Until tomorrow…stay fresh and stay clean
