Getting so close now to the end but it seems to be getting harder the closer the finishing day comes
I think the days that I slipped up like the vodka tonics I had on that night out and few other little stuff mean that my cravings haven’t gone yet.
Loosing some of my definition due to me not training or going to the gym in about a week. Need to make sure i get some runs in and good lengths in the pool over these next few days
Here’s the break down:
8:00 – hCG drops
- scrambled eggs
It was all you can eat as well so I was devastated. Had to leave my protein at home to due to the weight of the cases so my only chance for breakfast
9:45 – Supplements
- first half of tablets
- half grilled chicken
It actually came with chips on my plate but I’ve built up a decent will power now to turn them away
Marley had a massive ice cream too just to rub it in my face
- 3 chicken legs
- Grilled fish (not quite sure what fish but it was flat and white)
- Salad (beetroot, lettuce, red onion, green peppers)
Throughly the day it’s just been water.
Laura has been blagging me that she doesn’t want to drink alone and that its holiday so I had a vodka and tonic and a cocktail.
The empty calories on these drinks will put me back and I know if I was at home I wouldn’t touch them.
I think I’ll be doing this diet again in a month or so and get it to an absolute T.
Still happy with progress and the way I’ve been eating so looking forward to Sunday’s progress snap
