Diet Phase – Day 11

Today was pretty quite exercise wise.

Decided to take a rest day as I’ve done a lot in the past couple of days. Not really slept much either as had a quite a bit of work to do after getting in late.

Heading to Glasgow tomorrow for the weekend for work so just been preparing for that most of the day.

Got home and ran a few errands but you’re not bothered about that so won’t bore you with going in to it

It’s 23:18 as I write this and I have to be up at 5:30am so will keep it short and sweet today

Here’s what went down:

7:30 – hCG drops

08:15 – Breakfast
– Protein shake

10:00 – Supplements
– 1st half of supplements

12:00 – hCG drops

12:30 Lunch
– Quarter piri piri chicken
– Mixed leaf salad

16:30 – hCG drops

17:00 – Dinner
– garlic prawns
– Salad
– Brocoli

Glasgow this weekend. Working away is always tough to eat well so looks like I might be in Nando’s a bit!
